o Assisting students in the computer lab at the college with software.
  ▪ Software issues include Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
o Assisting students with printer issues.
  ▪ Printers issues include logging errors, files errors etc.
o Shutting down the computer lab at closing.
